Baby Safe Smart Fan (Prototype)

This baby safe smart fan was the project for a embed system design class(EE446) on Fall 2015 quarter.
Although this is only the prototype, I am able to fit everything into the same chassis of the fan showed in the picture below.

Features

  • Automatic fan speed adjust based on environmental temperature
  • Slower down the fan when it is blocked at Baby Safe Mode. Alarm and fully stop fan when object(baby) is way too close
  • Automatic sound control night light during dark
  • Muliple fan speed settings, room temperature monitoring
