72 X 24  LED Matrix

This 72x24 Led Matrix Display is designed by me and assembled by the team I led during summer 2011. So far it can display almost all animations with my frame generator, it took me lots of efforts to understand and make this work by using milti-plexing. So far the brightness is not high enough because in order to reduce cost, I chose very cheap LEDs, however, the PCB has been designed to allow higher power output in order to higher the brightness to make it perfect. the purpose for PCB is also to reduce the signal error during the process of data transmission by using SPI bus for microcontroller
