This nice little display was designed for soldering workshop event for UCLA IEEE.

All components are through hole in order to simplify the process for soldering for those who are less experienced.

ATMega328P was used as MCU to control 35 LEDs with all kinds of patterns.

the event went extremely successful, way more than 30 people came even though the first 30 people can get the kit.

more than 95% of the students finished soldering and be able to make it display the pattern, including a kid came with his CS department faculty dad ^_^
